The REDARC RS3 3000W is a 12V pure sine wave inverter that turns battery power into clean 120V AC for appliances in off-grid and RV setups. Its built-in Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) moves your AC loads between battery power and shore power on its own, so plugging in at a campground needs no manual changeover.

REDARC rates the output at 120VAC ±3%. The 3000W is the largest of the three RS3 sizes: it covers everything the 1200W and 2000W handle, from laptops, power tools, e-bikes and a microwave to an induction cooktop, coffee machine or hair dryer, plus an air conditioner. REDARC also lists it for running multiple lower-power devices in industrial and commercial settings. Pure sine output suits sensitive electronics, and the unit runs quietly enough for a still campsite. It weighs 14.33 lb (6.5 kg) and measures 16.06 × 11.42 × 4.02 in.

Quick-Wire, tool-free connections speed up installation, and a remote switch terminal lets you turn it on or off from a switch or relay; REDARC's RS3 Inverter Remote is sold separately. The housing is built to resist vibration on rough roads. It operates from –4°F to 140°F, with de-rating from 106°F. It carries a 2-year REDARC warranty, and we ship it free within the contiguous U.S.
