Brand Warranty Coverage Examples

While specific terms are set by each manufacturer, below are general coverage examples for brands commonly carried by Ride Off Grid. Always verify current warranty terms directly with the manufacturer, as policies may change.

Rooftop Tents (NaturNest, etc.): Typically 1–2 years on materials and workmanship; hardware and zippers may carry separate coverage periods.
Awnings & Annex Rooms (23ZERO, NaturNest, etc.): Typically 1–2 years on materials and workmanship; canvas, poles, and zippers may carry separate coverage periods.
Rack Systems (Leitner Designs, etc.): Structural components often carry lifetime or multi-year limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship.
Camp Gear & Accessories: Generally 1-year limited warranty on defects; consumable parts (straps, buckles) may not be covered.
