Ships by LTL freight on a pallet, usually 7–10 business days after it leaves the warehouse. The carrier calls to book a delivery appointment. Free shipping on rooftop tents in the contiguous US.
30-day return window from delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer covers return freight unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Inspect the pallet at delivery and note any damage before signing.

Questions we get
What's the difference between wedge and pop-up?Release the two rear latches and the roof rises into a wedge. Release the two front latches as well and it lifts into a full pop-up with more headroom and extra screened windows.
Which side do I get in from?Tuff Stuff lists three entry options: passenger side, driver side or rear. Attach the ladder at the door you want to use.
Will it fit my crossbars?The included brackets fit crossbars up to 3.25 in wide, and the mounting rails sit 31.5 in apart. On a hatchback, check that the hatch still clears the tent.
Can I carry gear on top?Yes. A roof rack comes with the tent for bikes, kayaks or gear, and four M8 T-slot rails take awnings, shower tents or water carriers.
How do the lights get power?The dimmable LED strip runs off a USB power pack, which isn't included.
How does it ship?By LTL freight on a pallet. The carrier calls to schedule delivery, and you should inspect it before signing.
