A heavy-duty, no-drill ACS ROOF aluminum platform that bolts straight into the factory T-slot tracks on an RSI SmartCap with eight 8mm bolts. Sliding, adjustable load bars, laser-cut zinc-plated steel mounting brackets, and five fitment options from 5-foot to 6.5-foot beds, all made in the USA.
- Direct-mount, no-drill: bolts into the factory-installed track nuts on your SmartCap T-slot system with eight 8mm bolts, no drilling or fabrication
- 6061-T6 aluminum extrusions: custom bars deliver over 2x the yield strength of typical rack systems
- Zinc-plated steel mounting brackets: laser-cut from 1/8 inch steel for exact fitment and flex-free performance
- Five fitment options covering RSI SmartCap models from 5-foot to 6.5-foot bed lengths; other aluminum-rail truck caps will most likely fit if the rails fall within the listed adjustment range
- Load rating: 300 lbs off-road, 500 lbs on-road, 1,000 lbs static. Always check your vehicle manufacturer's roof load rating
- Modular, adjustable load bars slide into toothed channels so you can reposition gear or add bars as your setup grows
- Cross-brand compatible: works with many T-track accessories from Thule, Rhino-Rack, and Yakima

Leitner Designs covers the ACS ROOF platform rack against defects in material and workmanship for two years from your purchase date, the same coverage it gives GearPODs and every other accessory in the Active Cargo System lineup. Normal use with reasonable maintenance is all that's required to stay covered.
Orders ship the same or next business day via UPS or USPS from Leitner's facility in Corona, California, based on the size, weight, and destination. Once a package is picked up by the carrier it can't be canceled, intercepted, or changed. Rerouting has to go through the carrier directly, and any related fees are the customer's responsibility. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original, unused packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with return shipping paid by the customer.
