The Eezi-Awn K9 Spine Cab Rack Kit puts a K9 platform over the cab of a 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma (3rd gen) using Eezi-Awn's one-piece Spine mounting system. Three sizes are offered, all 1.4 m long, in 1250, 1400 or 1500 mm widths.

The kit is a fully welded K9 platform plus the Spine mounts, complete with all hardware. Instead of the separate rails and feet used on other K9 kits, the Spine is a single-piece mounting system that is simpler and quicker to fit. The extruded-aluminium slats take Eezi-Awn's bolt-on mounts for fuel cans, tools, recovery boards, awnings and a table, and the perimeter accepts Thule and Yakima sport-bar towers. Note that this rack is not designed to carry a hard-shell rooftop tent.

One person can install it in about 1½ hours, with a helper to lift the platform: fit the Spine mounts to the roof, then bolt the platform on top. Written instructions come with the kit.
