K9 Roof Rack Kit 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner · Low-profile aluminium platform

SKU: K9RR-4Runner5Gen-1250-1400-S

By: Eezi-Awn

$1,445.00

The Eezi-Awn K9 Roof Rack Kit fits the 2010–2024 Toyota 4Runner (5th gen) and replaces the factory roof rack. It comes in 18 sizes, 1250 to 1500 mm wide and 1.4 to 2.2 m long. The 2.2 m platform runs from behind the windshield to about an inch ahead of the rear hatch, while the 1.6 m version starts behind the sunroof so it still opens.

Each kit pairs an extruded-aluminium K9 platform with a pair of 4Runner mounting rails and K9 feet, two per platform cross brace. The 5th gen's flat roof allows two heights: standard 65 mm feet, about 5 in tall at the pinch-weld trim, or low 40 mm feet at about 4 in, which can limit some side-mounted accessories. Eezi-Awn reports test loads near 500 lb moving and 1,000 lb parked on vehicles with upgraded suspension; these are test results, not a warrantied rating.

Plan on about 1½ hours for one person, plus a helper to lift the platform. Remove the factory rack, fit the rails over the pinch-weld trim on the factory rack mounting points with no drilling for any size, then add the feet and platform.
