The Eezi-Awn K9 Roof Rack Kit puts a flat aluminium platform on the boxy roof of a 1990–2018 Mercedes-Benz G-Class (W463 G-Wagen). Every size is 1500 mm (59 in) wide to suit the G's square roof, in five lengths from 1.4 to 2.2 m (55 to 87 in).

The platform is extruded aluminium with fully welded joints, finished in matte black powder coat, and just 1-3/8 in thick with an aerodynamic front edge. Its slats accept Eezi-Awn's bolt-on K9 mounts for jerry cans, shovels, axes and recovery boards, while 6 mm perimeter hardware takes Thule and Yakima sport-bar towers.

Each kit includes the platform, the G-Class mounting rails or legs, K9 feet and all hardware, with written instructions. Vehicle-specific steps are covered in those instructions; plan on a helper to lift the platform onto the roof.
