This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through rideoffgrid.com.
Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Once your request is submitted within the 30-day window, we will review it and respond within 5 to 7 business days.
Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
Conditions for Return
In order for a return to be accepted it must meet the following criteria:

Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and included materials.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- All returns require prior written authorization from Ride Off Grid before being shipped.
Return Process
Initiating a Return

After reviewing your request, we will provide return authorization and detailed shipping instructions, including the correct return address.
Because we work directly with authorized dealer and manufacturer partner warehouses, return destinations vary depending on the product purchased.
Approved returns will be directed to the appropriate authorized warehouse or manufacturer facility.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent to our administrative office may be refused or returned to sender.
Preparing Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Shipping the Return
Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
Use a trackable shipping method appropriate for the product type.
Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. Approved change of mind returns are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
If a product is confirmed defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, Ride Off Grid will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Provide photos or video documentation of the damage or defect.
Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier delivery receipt. Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility.
We will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with this policy.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are non returnable unless defective:
- Used, installed, or modified equipment
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Refunds
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after inspection and approval.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds.
Exchanges
Ride Off Grid accepts exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- The exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Prior written authorization is required before returning any item.
- Approved exchange items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving authorization.
- Exchanges are processed as a return of the original item followed by issuance of a replacement order.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable return shipping and freight costs unless the exchange is due to confirmed defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error.
- Change-of-mind exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25 percent, consistent with our return policy.
- Replacement items will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
