Ride Off Grid offers price matching on eligible products, subject to verification and approval. If you find a lower price from an authorized online retailer for the identical product, you may submit a request for review.
All price match requests are subject to verification and approval.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the identical product
- The product must be new, in-stock, and available for immediate purchase
- The price comparison must include the total cost, including product price, tax, and shipping
Exclusions
Price match requests do not apply to:
- Promotions such as rebates, bundles, or “buy one, get one free” offers
- Auction sites or discount marketplaces (e.g., eBay)
- Clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales
- Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
- Items purchased through an exchange order
